Really? If you shift at 2.5k, that means after you shift you're lugging the engine.

Just for the record, the AP1's will pull smoothly from 2,500 RPM in ANY gear, as long as the throttle application isn't sufficient to lug the motor. These cars talk to us and will tell you quite clearly when you are asking for too much acceleration in a given gear/RPM-range. You'd have to be asleep or vicious to lug an F20C.

No shit sherlock. I do this all the time in first gear in heavy traffic. I don't know why you'd want to do it any other time, but thanks for the driving tips anyway.
