Yes...

I made sure I took photos of the clutch hub spline, input shaft, and the throwout bearing when Bill took it out of the transmission. When I sent the photos over to the shop, the mechanic's excuse was that he did put grease and he was aware of putting only a little bit of grease, not the entire container. He continued by saying that he had done at least 20 S2000 clutches or more and never had such an issue like mine. He ended the message mentioning that it's been over a year, when it was actually close to 10 months...

Anyway, the following photos are what I sent over to the shop:
