Shift Resistance
Hope this belongs in the Under The Hood section, here goes...
When shifting into 2nd and 3rd my tranny seems to want to push back. It is not very forceful but I cannot make a smooth transition into the 2nd 3rd shift gates. It does it mostly in 3rd. In 2nd you can hear a thunk when there is no music on. Whats going on? Bad Syncros? Its a 2003 with only 32k.

Is this resistance constant or only when its cold. Alot of my problems occur when teh tranny is cold. Takes me about 10 minutes of driving to warm up the tranny. After that its like butter.
