Shake Rattle and well, just that
A lot of times when I go in reverse, then pop it out and go to neutral, the RPMs drop a line below the 1 mark and the car kinda shudders, almost like its gonna shut down. It does that quite often. Is something wrong with my car? I did redline it a few times, mostly due to not paying attention.

Nothing wrong and really quite common. It is not related to the shift to neutral but relative engine speed and other parameters (i.e. manifold air temperature and pressure). In short your fuel map is "off" but will self correct over time. There are two fuel trims stored in the car; long term (LTFT) and short term (STFT). The phenomenon you are referring to relates to where you car has internally set these trims. The problem is usually noted at start-up or shortly after.
