Yes to replacing all the fluids and filters. As noted, torque the Honda oil filter with a wrench to 18lb-ft. Hand tight is not good enough, it can come loose and ruin your engine. This is different than any other oil filter you've come across.

Valve adjustment is a good idea as the drive-by-wire cars tend to tighten, which can cause problems. As mentioned, torque the spark plugs to 21-24lb-ft, NOT less. Some of the Honda factory service manuals are WRONG with regard to this spec.

Inspect everything else. Belts, hoses, suspension, brakes, etc.
