You're sure it's just the pulley right? From what I've gathered the pulley itself separated from the portion held on by the nut. Car running ok??
Don't know about glueing the pulley on...sounds like a ticking time bomb to me. I'm not totally sure what would happen to a motor if the entire pulley popped off in the middle of an engine rev, but it can't be a good thing.

Should arrive tomorrow. Tuesday at the latest.
Correct.

Bear in mind it is a bee-atch to remove the crank pulley unless you have the special crank holder tool. It fits inside the pulley, into the large hex-shaped hole, so you can keep the crankshaft from turning while you use a 3-foot pipe extension on your socket wrench to loosen the bolt. Seriously, it's tight. We spent 2 hours trying to get it off and there was nothing we do do to stop the crankshaft from turning. We put the car in gear, parking brakes on, but there is enough slack in the drive line that you need over half a turn on the bolt to get it to loosen, and you don't have that much room to swing your wrench. We ended up borrowing the tool from my local Honda dealer. I don't think they loan tools as a rule but I happened to know the SM pretty well.
