Serious internal noises after o/f

First of if you have only had the car a week and only changed the oil once, i would assume you have only heard this sound 1 time. If this is the case i would just monitor if you can hear it under any other conditions over the next few days. Warm/cold warm start/cold start. If you dont hear it again im sure it was just valvetrain noise or simmilar noise of lack of lubrication.
Secondly Reckon, the starter is bolted to the block and the bell housing of the transmission, which are in turn bolted together. How in the hell would a broken motor mount cause the starter to be mis alligned?
