Default Seized alignment bolt problem

Hey guys, I have a quick question.

I went to go and try to get an alignment recently and the reputable shop showed me that I had a few alignment bolts sized and that I'd have to replace the four rear control arms. Okay that's no problem.

Then they showed me the alignment bolt for the camber which is apparently attached to the frame and has a big washer behind it. Typically its suppose to be straight and flat. My rear left however was bent out of shape and it definitely didn't look too good. The tech said that you can't really replace the bolt as its apart of the frame.

So my question is,

is there any possible way to fix that bolt? I'm probably going to end up replacing my control arms because the bolts are sized to the bushings and Honda doesn't sell the bushings itself but rather they sell it as a part of the control arm.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Added pictures of said alignment bolt.

Last picture is the good side.

Rear upper arms are not part of alignment. Why would you replace all four rear control arms?

The techs said that the lower control arms needed to be replaced and the straight bar on each side as well. I'm not exactly sure what its called. I just know that four arms needs to be replaced.

Although i'm more concerned about that camber adjustment bolt and plate. Any ideas Billman?

You saying the tab that the bolt pushes off of is bent flat? Simply bend it back straight, then back it up with a mig welder so it cant bend over again.

I dont follow you when you say a bolt is part of the frame. It's not.

I have this same problem on my S. When I tried to align the rear I saw that the tab was bent, not letting the eccentrics bolt to turn up against. No reason to replace anything, should be an easy fix as Bill says

I'm not sure if i'm describing it correctly. I will try to get a picture of said bolt/plate which is apparently apart of the frame when I do my fluids today. Thanks for the replies.

In the pics it looks like the tab is slightly bent, therefore not letting you get the full adjustment out of that eccentric bolt. I believe what he meant to say was '' I can't adjust it back to spec because the tab is bent''. Just bend the tab back as Bill already describe. Maybe the tech ''thinks'' it needs to be replaced, but it doesn't.

I'm sure replacing the bolt and washer doesn't cost too much. Anyone know the part numbers for the bolt/washer/nuts?
