If you had a broken secondary o2, you will need to use a spark plug spacer or your new o2 will break also.
If it runs good up top, it is not your spark plugs.

Think I just found the solution to problem number 4 -

and my little missfire issue where the interior light flickers...
the Relay is connected to the 12v ignition ... when you turn the ignition off, the interior light turns on .. so if there were a short..../ the relay were buggared at low rpm it could be shorting out turning on the interior light for a split second... I could be wrong.. but will report back later !! woop woop ..
