Ok, so any of the cars "learned" fuel trims are not operating properly, effecting just normal driving. Would it effect peak performance?

Mine was so much smoother when I fixed the secondary o2,and the learn returned
I was on the understanding also as above that its just to test Cat efficiency..
But its not the case and was very noticeable when fixed the cell
the car ran rich with soot on the tail pipes.Not now though
the car will run better = faster through the range.
peak power may not be affected because of throttle position.

Do you need to physically wire the O2 to the plug them or does it literally just plug right up?

Wow! That is a huge savings. I think I need the secondary which is the downstream.
