Getting ready to add a test pipe what tool is best for removal of the secondary O2 sensor. Open/boxed end wrench, o2 sensor socket but which one. I appreciate any input.

I am replacing mine...

The long story is the smog equipment here in WA will no longer accept the Mugen ECU so I had to swap back to the OEM ECU for now and now have a CEL to fix to pass.

The short question is about unplugging the connector... I fooled with it for a minute in dim light and did not stumble on the unplug lock... anyone with a quick word on making it release?

I may need to replace mine. The parts store wants $400 for the S2000 sensor, Ouch. One of the other customers suggested splicing in a generic O2 sensor which would save me a lot of money. I have done it on other O2 sensors without problems. Any reason this would not work on the S2000?

I wouldnt cheap out on the O2 unplug and replace it. Google is your friend find it cheaper.
