Secondary HO2 Sensor problem.
I went up a driveway that was too steep, I thought I had the angle and clearance, but I didn't. Something underneath hit, and the Check Engine Light came on.
I ran the codes and got P0141 (Secondary Heated O2 Sensor Malfunction) and P0420 (Catalytic System Efficiency Below Threshold). I looked under the car and the secondary O2 sensor kind of sticks out a bit below the body (aftermarket cat and exhaust, bought it that way). It got hit, broken, seems pretty straight forward.
So I replaced the sensor with the Denso part that is supposed to replace the OEM part. I cleared the codes with my OBD2 reader, but the P0141 code keeps coming back (but not the P0420). I also got a P1410 code but that one went away after another code clearing a few minutes later.
Any ideas? Do I have to get the NTK part that was in there, or should the Denso part work? Is there some special voodoo I need to do after replacing the sensor?

Check the connector side, I had those codes recently after a cat. swap and the connector was just loose, after I snapped it in more snuggly and it clicked the code never returned. If it isn't a loose connector then it is likely a wiring issue.

Reseated the connector, reset the code, and left it running in the driveway for 15 minutes, no code.
Took a spin up to Disneyland and back, no code.
Awesome. Thanks, I'm glad it was that simple (assuming it doesn't come back later).

wish I could take a spin to Disneyland, lol. Hopefully it doesn't return, see how it goes.
