Secondary Coolant Hoses
I have 2 gallons of Honda Type 2 coolant and upper and lower main hoses for a tech day we have coming up soon. I've come to the realization that I probably should be swapping out smaller secondary hoses as well. The car is a MY 2004 with about 110K miles and I am getting ready for a cross country trip to Colorado and back in July. The car is running on the original coolant.
Can anyone identify the smaller secondary hoses in the coolant system and/or have a list?

Those hoses should be fine IMHO.
Someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

I recently had my oil cooler bypass hose fail, one of the two by the oil filter/cooler. See my thread here. I haven't heard of any of these failing so I just replaced the one rather than all. I think most of the smaller hoses are in this parts diagram (WATER HOSE) , here (WATER PUMP), and here (WATER VALVE).

The OEM Honda hoses are amazing, and will stand the test of time, the only thing you have to do is put a light coat of shin etsu grease on the outside every 3 years. The hoses that go bad are 9/10 times non-oem hoses that were used on aftermarket parts like intakes, or a replaced coolant hose. The OEM hoses can last 300,000 miles without issue, if they're non oem they'll start going bad, first they'll start getting brittle and hard, especially on the inside. When I bought my car it had a comptech intake, and one of the coolant hoses was replaced with standard fuel hose. It took me 24k miles of owning the car + a coolant change before that hose failed, luckily it failed once I shut the car off to check it because I saw it drip the day before. I go to re-position the spring clamp and the clamp ripped a hole in the hose spraying coolant everywhere. It was the hose that goes from the bleeder on the cylinder head, to a connection under the throttle body and sits over the radiator. I got a bypass hose from a 2004 Accord trimmed it on both sides and it fit like a glove.

As others have said the OEM hoses are great.. If you want a set of bling hoses to match the radiator/return color; High Performance Silicone (HPS) has them ; four ply molded silicone in a variety of colors. Their hoses "meet or exceed" the same J-Standard the OEM hoses meet.
