There is a TSB for this for certain 04-05 AP2 of a certain VIN range. You should be able to find it when Googling. Unfortunately the fix is a new 2nd gearset if I remember correctly. If a fluid change to Amsoil fixes it, I would just do that. Otherwise you'll have to pay for a transmission rebuild out of pocket.

Not driving. So do this only after changing to Amsoil oil, while parked and idle go real slow, calculated shifts, be easy on her, do the first one after you've driven it. Then do it cold in the morning, then do it again when warmed up. Do it 10 times warm and cold, several times over a few days period. Don't mash it, just work it normal.

Although I'm a HUGE fan of honda oils, greases and lubricants, for some reason there is a subset of owners whose cars do this and only respond to Amsoil as a fix. If you search the forums you will see note this pattern.
