The smell can stay a while, it takes a little time to burn it all out of the exhaust. When you drain your oil, all the oil doesn't drain out so you still had some sea-foam left in the engine. If your new oil is black in 150 miles, I would change it again. New oil does not turn black that fast unless there is something in it to turn it black(like crap that the sea-foam cleaned off the inside of the block).

UPDATE:

P0304 cyl #4 misfire, smells like gas and the engine feels like it's running "unbalanced"

Spark plug or more than that? What do u guys think?

Do a compression test.

Possible low comp in number 4, esp. if you smell fuel.

I am an idiot, i forgot to plug in the #4 coil.... did the comp test anyway... 120k mi and 240 across the board
