Scratching Sound When Engine Breaking?

I know my fog lights make a sort of scratching sound like that at certain RPMs, they are just vibrating in their housings/bumper.
So could be a loose bumper bolt near the fender or somthing similar.
Last thing i can think of would be LMA's (Loss Motion Assembly). But i have not heard of any going bad in the F20, mostly B-Series motors.

The sound comes on the last rev very faintly but you can hear it

I heard a very faint rattle not so much a scratching. Sounds like something is loose more than anything else. Double check all of the bolts in the engine bay and check to see if something looks like it was adjusted (i.e., was modified and then put back to stock). You may need to take another video but with someone else in the car so that they can focus in on the noise while you drive.
