SC vs. Turbo
#81
If you lie (and it has been proven you do) then you will be called a 'lier'. Simple as that.
I suggest you look at the history of my responses to you. I started off by correcting your statement about the prices of used SCs but didn't knock you or your sale.
When you insisted that your claims were true in the face of evidence to the contrary you made the step from misinformed to lier.
It wasn't until you deliberately misrepresented me that I alluded to you being a (edited by xviper) and persist in proving this label is justly deserved.
I may insult people, but I don't lie and mislead. I don't use false information to further a sale that could potentially lead to another member blowing their engine.

H9k, you and I have an ongoing stouse, but if you can put that aside for a second I'd be very interested in your POV on S2000turbo's kit and tuning method. I mean, that is what this is about isn't it.

Please don't drag me into a discussion about someone else tuning technique when you and I prob don't know the complere nity gritty details. You might be able to do so with lack of this detail information but I certainly like all the facts presented before making my judgement. Otherwise I may end up like you making incorrect judgement about timing advance with the vafc in a votech sc car.

Well the facts are plain to see. He is advocating 6-7 psi turbo set up with Vortech FMU, a MAP Limiter and nothing else. Not even uprated fuel pump.
My stand is that this is a recipe for disaster. What's yours?

I'd still like to know:
Pros and Cons of Turbo and SC.
Cost, reliability, ease of installtion/use/maintenance...
ratings on a scale of 1-10 would even be more informative for those of us, still trying to decide.
Thanks,
Tom
