I didn;t bother with the automotive terminals.

I used the allen screw that was provided with it. Just take the bolt and nut off the end of the stock battery connectors, and squeeze them jiust a tad bit flat and then you can use the allen bolt for a very nice and well attached connection.

Hmm they had that one too, but it looked to small. So I got the other one. I thought you had the 680.

Either way, my 680 is working great.

Nice, they have it for $40 less than I payed. I needed mine immediately tho and the store was 3 blocks from my house.

The only significant size difference between the 680 and 545 is the 680 is about an inch taller.

SilverSurfer and I were looking at them trying to figure out which one you had.

Now I think about it, the 680 might be a better choice because it's taller. The stock mounting bolts will need to be modified to work with the shorter 545.

spider, I was able to use all of the stock mounting hardware. With the 680 you have about a 1/4-1/8th inch of "spare" thread on the mounting screws. It does look a little odd with the ~2" of bolt sticking up tho

I might cut them back.
