Thumbs up Safe to jack the car up ?

I'm putting on a new exhaust this weekend. I saw the instruction on how to raise the the car up to put the 2 jack stands on the side of the car.
The picture show that they put the jack under the differential to raise the car up .
Is this safe ? I don't want to mess up my diff by putting all that weight on it for 30 seconds. Thanks. for any input you guys can give me.

The diff is cool! When I align the S or corner balance it, I have three lift points, rear diff, and the two furthest/widest mount points on my x-brace.

This is cool...when I used to have stock exhaust thats where I jack up the car, then I let it rest on the jack stands to the the jack out of the way.

Yeah, there's a little rear central jacking point sticking out of the diff for floor jacks.

Lol Ray. It's one of many OEM recommended points. I should edit my post.
