Default s2k squeaking sound at low speeds

I have this high pitch squeaking noise at low speeds. The brakes can trigger the sound, but even when the brakes are not engaged, the sound still happens. Is this sound associated with the brakes?.....sterring?......suspension? I took a video with sound here:
Is this something that I need to worry about and get fixed ASAP? Any insight is appreciated.

I'm driving a MY06 with Mugen exhaust, JDM Password intake, front drilled rotors, and ss brake lines (all done by previous owner). Everything else is stock.

Brakes will cause that, maybe a dragging brake?

either brakes, or maybe a wheel bearing. I would have someone stand outside the car and help figure out which wheel its coming from and go from there.
