S2000 year 04 radio code ErrE?
I recently left the stupid dome light on in my s2k n' killed my battery temporary. I jumped it and of course my radio reads CODE. I have the a page of codes Honda gave me since I lost my code card. There is 12 codes, when I was punchin in the codes after like 8 or 9 tries, it now reads CODE ErrE. I cant get around it to try the rest of the codes on my list.
I cant disconnect the damn battery cuz I dont have any tools. Nice eh. lol so Im lookin for the fuse that will temp. shut the radio off. I know where the fuse box is located, under the hood, passenger side, but nothin reads radio fuse.
Does anyone know which fuse with shut off the radio so I can punch in the codes on my list?
Thanks

It doesnt work that way. Each radio has its own code. There are thousands of codes.
with the radio off, hod down 1 and 6, turn radio on. you will see two sets of four digit codes, for a total of an 8 digit code. the dealer can give you your radio code with this 8 digit code, as long as you prove its your radio.
If you were a regular around here I'd PM it to ya.

You locked the radio up by putting in the wrong code. You will have to disconnect power from the radio to unlock it. When it says code, that doesn't mean make on up
Most dealers will get you the code no charge, if they have a list of possible codes they should have a model and year next to the codes.

The dealer will ask you for the radio s/n which can be seen by crawling back behind the radio and looking with a flashlight (above the accelerator, back of the radio).
