Hi guys,

When I start my car (cold start) and rev it to about 3k Rpm quickl, as soon as I release the accelerator there is a click noise that comes from the engine bay and the cluster flickers once as well.
Anyone know what this could be? Is it normal?

It is normal. The click is from the relay, not sure of which function it serves.

However I would not rev a cold motor.

I waited about 30 seconds before revving it to only 3000 Rpm from cold. I don't think there are any issues with revving there?

Heres a video guys, a little difficult to hear but as soon as its revved and it they drop you will notice a flicker in the cluster along with the noise (sounds like a relay)

Its probably the AC or airpump kicking in. The clicking is a relay and the flickering is probably because of a change of the load on the engine/battery/alternator. Like when the AC or cooling fan kicks in.

Try not to rev it at all, it will probably click and flicker eventually anyway.
