Is there such thing?
example of what i'm talking about:
I return my rear spindle because of a bad bearing. In-turn I get a refurbished spindle with new hub and bearing, of course I pay some money.

I doubt it.
The hub wear where the inter bearing race is located. Kinda hard to add metal there and reshape it back to OEM spec. At least in a cost effective manor. So that would have to be a new hub and bearing.
The spindle can be bent just slightly. not enough to see, but enough to cause your alignment to be off. So that too is a bad idea.
I will be installing three new hubs in my car today. I have 130K. I did the other one about two years ago, with about 98K on the OD.
