OR, borrow or rent an odb reader, and drive around until it tells you all the readiness checks are complete. Like Billman said it can be done without a lot of driving.
I have Hondata and was planning on calling them in a few minutes to see what they recommend, I drove around with the laptop yesterday for about 20-40 miles and still wasn't ready, at this point I am planning on removing the battery terminal and starting over fresh.
I have a flashpro and failed emissions for the same reason as the OP when I tried to reflash the ECU and take the car right to emissions. It seems after you reflash you need to go through the same procedure of verifying the monitors as you would if you disconnected the battery or threw a CEL. After I failed I drove the car around for a while and took it back a few days later and it passed.

Yeah I guess that might do the trick for me, I am going to remove the battery terminal today and hook it back up in 15 min and go take it for a spin for a clam drive and no VTEC

Yeah I had this same issue with my car.I had Hondata tune but reverted everything back to stock. I could get the catalyst, both O2 sensors to get ready but not evap. It took me a while get the catalyst ready and did the readiness procedure twice 75% fuel tank 50-60 mph etc. but the evap. never got ready. I did pass smog though because currently you can have one of the sensors not ready here in California

Car passed emissions!

Thanks!!!

Cat Readiness was never set but I got the EVAP to set so I called emissions place they said it should pass with 1 readiness not completed.

Went there and had him run the tests and BAM! passed!
