S2000 occasionally will not start
This problem has only happened twice now and I know it will happen again.
I have power to all the accessories but it seems that the starter isn't getting the juice it needs. Unfortunately I can't tell how powerful the battery is since our gauge clusters don't show that particular item. I was thinking that I may need to check the power cable to the starter or possibly getting a new battery, but I'm not really sure as of right now.
Does anyone have a clue as to what the problem might be?

How old is the battery? If it get's all bogged down, maybe time to get a new battery.

Sorry for the late posting. The car started back up and ran fine for a week, but it wont start again. All night last night I had to push start the car. Today, I bypassed the clutch interlock switch and checked if I could here the starter and I can. It sounds like its just spinning in place and not connecting with the flywheel. So to me it sounds like I may need a new started or hit on the one I have now to knock it loose.
I also noticed something else. While driving i noticed that my gauge cluster kind of pulsates in light intensity, its not a drastic light chance but it can be seen if you look at it for a couple seconds. Any thoughts on what this may be?

Just cleaned my posts today with a little ginger ale (to eat corrosion) and a risnse with water.
Got the corrosion pads, and the anti corrosion ointment (looks and feels like Vaseline). Also, my ground wire
was tightened all the way, but not quite squeezing the post enough so I got a battery post shim. This helps keep the connection snug which prevents corrosion on the first place.
Pics of course.

the battery terminals are clean, although i did find a loose negative cable which i fixed but that isn't causing the car to not start. I can hear the starter turning but it doesnt engage onto the flywheel. SO it has to be the starter, right?
