s2000 not starting
hi
my s2000 just survived an exident. all body work is finished, srs replaced. but engine does not start. engine check CEL is not working, can't hear fuel pump working when turn the ignition. is there any fuel blocking system??
please help couse i'm not good in electrics

Well...not sure what a detonation system is...but I agree that if the car has been sitting for a while undergoing repairs, the first place I'd look is the battery.

the batery is new, the thing is, starter works, but it does not start, and when i turn the ignition, all the lights come on then off, but chech engine light does not, i am not able to find out the codes couse do not have obd2. tried ECM reset, removed back up fuse, but nothing. maybe ecm is damaged?don't know what to do,heeeelp

I am not 100% sure but i believe the s2000 has an inertia switch that ,during an impact, opens the fuel pump circuit. The switch can easily be turned back on. Not 100% sure but i can try to find out later tonight.
