Thats like pretty close to f1 cars, they are 750 kg and about 700-770 hp. Thas why the name is F1, the power to weight ratio is 1. And it costs hunderds of thousands dollars to build one. I am not trying to flame you or anything but you WILL need formula1 style tires and F1 aerodynamics to hold on to that thing.

if your car weight is around 1/2 weight of the s2k....you might be ok.

They are custom making the gears for this chap with 270rwkw. They are fairly good and make a lot of gears for V8 racing cars in Australia.
Would be one nice car to drive when you finish though.

I was thinking more in the lines of the LMP650 cars actually, for both aerodynamics & suspension ;-)
