Power Torque Clutch Kit - K70310-01
Cost as much as a Honda one
and I just realized I actually got it from O reilys because my mechanic states they actually sell quality parts compared to autozone

Well, that part number does appear to have enclosed springs. If they were using enclosed springs back then, then its designed like the FCC Sachs kit...and should be fine.
Why did you go aftermarket if it cost the same as Honda, though? Just curious.

Well, since you have an enclosed spring clutch, lets approach it a different way
How much slop do you feel in your clutch pedal when you push it? Is there like...a bunch of slop before you feel resistance?
When you put it in gear and start to take off...does the clutch start engaging *right* as soon as you take your foot off the floor?
That slop is called freeplay. There should only be 6mm (1/4") of freeplay. Otherwise, its too much and you'll have issues with shifting.

If it was syncho rings, I think you would only see the problem when downshifting between two specific gears, and not across the shifter range.
From what it sounds like, you installed a new clutch at 120,000 miles. It seemed to have worked fine, but something happened within 130,000 miles and now it doesn't downshift well anymore.
I think someone pointed out:
"That slop is called freeplay. There should only be 6mm (1/4") of freeplay. Otherwise, its too much and you'll have issues with shifting."
I'd probably start by dialing that out following the DIYGuys video. The freeplay on your clutch master could have been fine while your clutch was worn, but now that clutch is new, your engagement point is probably different (and much lower), which means if there was a lot of free play (and the engagement point is super low), the clutch might not be disengaging all the way. At least, that's my wild theory.
If that doesn't fix it, I'd probably start looking at the slave cylinder. Does it feel weird when you are getting in gear?
