If all readings are equal, that is real good news for you.
Follow parameters for optimal numbers:
-Engine valve cover slightly warm
-run comp rest immediately after shut down
-all spark plugs removed
-injector clips unplugged (do not rely on pulling fuel pump fuse, injectors still pulse remaining pressure. It will skew the test and it's not healthy for the engine)
-throttle wide open
-try another gauge for comparison
-test each cylinder 5 revolutions
-test cylinders 1,2,3,4,1 (cylinder one is done a second time as gauge validation, 1 and 1 should be equal
