First: clutch buzz is harmless.
Its caused by the springs in the clutch disk but the noise itself is coming from inside the trans.
Noisy backlash.

I get that on my 02, but it only seems to happen around 2200 rpms and it only lasts for a few hundred rpms, it disappears quickly, and only on decel. I think I'm a bit lucky as it isn't as bad as others have reported.
