Default s2000 bogging after rev

Sup guys/gal.. So I have a 02 AP1 that I just recently gotten and looking to get a few things fix. So what the problem is that when

I rev the car up and let off the gas the rpm will drop under idle. Once rpm drops it shakes and feels like it's going to stall but

picks back up. Some time it picks back up to normal idle sometime slightly under. Not sure what seems to cause it. Other wise the

car runs and drive fairly good beside when coming to a stop, it will shakes/bog and then return to normal when idle is back to normal.

It has maybe kill/died twice or so when the rpm drops. Car is complete stock. Will a knock sensor cause this symptom?

Here's a video of it:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gw7V...ature=youtu.be

Any help would be appreciated..

Note: CEL is on for air pump(deleted) & knock sensor.

Idle air conrtol// find diy for cleaning procedures, see foam the IM could help att as well. Clean throttle body, I wouldn't bother pulling the IM tho. Just try cleaning first. OCC will help keep things clean to after u clean it all. PCV check att to.

For insurance and impression on how it was maintained check valve lash/ spark plugs.

I have pulled the intake off. The tb seems to be cleaned already when I bought it. Cleaning it was what I first thought but

after pulling the intake it was cleaned already so wasn't sure what else to check. Have also try mapwhack and zip tie the map sensor.

What is "IM" & "OCC"?

Will try cleaning the iacv..

Ya, clean the iacv; deffly this.
GL, but this should fix ya right up. As long as your all stock. While your in there check all hoses for leaks, clogs, FOD.

IM - intake manifold - no need really to remove, to much hassle.

OCC - oil catch can - will help to keep oil particulates out of the intake tract and inords of it all.

This has been the case since you bought it? Or just happened? What are the CEL codes?

My WAG would be to fix those CELs. And see if that helps. How old are the spark plugs and air filter?

What do you mean by "WAG"? How would it fix those code? Interested..

I know their's a air pump resistor kit to fix the P0410. A new knock sensor would fix out the P0325.

But would any of those code mention cause such issue that I'm having? Haven't had the time to clean the iacv yet..

Will post update after cleaning the iacv..

WAG = wild ass guess.

I would try to fix the CELs. Clear the codes. See how it goes, after that.
