I wanted to know where is best to properly position the filter. Thinking about a picture1 or picture 2

This IS the problem. You have no form of heat protection whatsoever. You're heatsoaking like CRAZY.
It has nothing to do with the pipe, or the filter itself, but that there is NO protection against heat. Go back to OEM, or choose a real aftermarket system; not this POS.

Can more air have become contaminated or obstruction of nozzles because when the car drives more aggressively then exhaust out of unburned gasoline.
Mechanics said that must be cleaned nozzles, or to put in fuel additive to clean them!

We already gave you the answer, yet you continue to ask. You should always run a REAL fuel system cleaner once in a while but that is not your issue. The issue is your intake is suffering from heatsoak.
Notice the difference? And I'm not talking brand. It's why every single SRI type intake on our cars comes with a box; or enclosure of some sort. And then look at your engine bay. Case closed.
