rust on saprk plugs
So i just changed out my plugs and there is rust on all four, not sure if this is something i should be concerned with or not. It's an ap1 with 96k
also going to be doing my transmission and differential fluids, anything else i should do as far as maintenance at this point? Thx for any feedback

I dont think any of the parts on a sparkplug are made of a metal that can actually rust. Correct me if im wrong.
What that looks like is just heat marks from the porcelin (white part) getting hot.
As far as other maintinece to do at the same time.
1. Valve adjustment
2. Regrease shifter
3. Regrease throw out bearing/clutch fork
4. Grind down/polish round end of clutch slave cylinder. The piston that actually sits in the clutch fork developes a small nipple on the end of it and needs to be ground down. (also regrease this area when putting it back together)
5. Clean IACV
6. Clean throttle plate of the throttle body.
These are all just small things, aside from the valve adj. But all greatly add to drivability of the car.

IF you are talking about the orange/brown marks on the porcelain that is not rust, that is leakage from the plug. I've seen it on many plugs, I think NGK's tend to do that more than other brands. If the plugs have 96k on them they are due for replacement and they look normal.
