Default Running Spoon radcap and thermoswitch with OEM thermostat, good or bad ?

I haven't gotten the chance to install my Spoon thermostat yet so only running the radcap and thermoswitch so far. Positives? Negatives? Thanks for any info.

Your fan will run most of the time.

I don't think the fan will run much more with the Spoon fan switch / OEM thermistat combo. It will just run a few seconds longer before shutting off. The problem I think you will face is that the coolant in your radiator will be cooler than you probably want it when the thermostat opens back up again (more thermal shock).
