Default Running Lean/hesitation/bucking

ok i am having problems with my car. It threw a code 45(paper clip trick). i think its running lead becase there is no black smoke coming out of the exhaust. It is hestitaing/bogging under 3000 rpm above that is fine. I did a map wack and that didnt do anything. All i did before this happened was a coolant flush and an oil change. I bled the system properly and used type 2 fluid. It was pretty bad bucking(looks like i dont know how to drive standard) what else could it be? a bad TPS? a buddy said it could be a cam sensor he said he had the same sympotons but it was in a ford T-brid 3.8L SC. any ideas on what it could be?
