Default rubbing noise

a rubbing/scrapping sound just started coming from the rear of my car. I swear its coming from the passanger side rear tire. Its not the brakes, a lot of pad left on both sides of the rotors and the sound continues whether im braking or not until i come to a complete stop. The funny thing is that the noise will go away if i turn the wheel to the right only. I jacked the car up and ran it through a few gears on jackstands and no noise what so ever. Everything looked fine visually and nothing felt loose or out of order. Then when i put the car back on the ground and drove it i could hear the noise again clearly.
not sure whats going on....no visual rubbing marks on the tire or rim(has 18 on it but theyve been on it for a year with no prior probs) tires are also wearing evenly
any advise would help
hate to take it to the stealer

Wheel bearing. Turning right "unloads" the wheel bearing. Have you ever tightened up the hub nut to the new recommended torque of 220? You say you have aftermarket rims. Sometimes, if the offset and width is vastly different from OEM and usually this means the car's track is moved out (made wider), this can also put additional stress on parts like the wheel bearing. You may have increased the lever action of your axle.
