Default Rubber flap at front of wheel well?

Hey guys,

You know the rubber at the front of the wheel well's, that aids in down pressure within the wheel well?
The service manual states them as "strakes" but searching on here, google and ebay yeilds little to no related results.

http://imageshack (dot) us/photo/my-images/696/strake.jpg/

(obviously remove the (dot) )

^^ hope that helps knowing what I'm talking about.

Anyway, where would I be able to purchase a set (or even just one) of these? Cheers guys.

Do they really aid in the down pressure within the wheel well?

But yea, this link doesn't appear to work? Nor the domain at all?

Apparently so, but only at high speed. So you nothing will change at everyday driving speeds.
Don't quote me though! Hahah, I remember reading it somewhere on these forums though.

Its there for a reason though, is it not?

Doesn't connect from phone nor computer.

Maybe domain blocked to Australia? (Maybe I should of mentioned that)
This is really weird tbh, and I'd consider myself to be a very computer litterate person.

They do affect airflow around the tires. I don't know about handling changes but Ford has started putting them on all of their trucks in the last couple of years and they report increases in fuel mileage as a result of the additions.

They are in the wheel well liner of the parts catalogue, but they are a separate part. I accidentally sold my old ones when I sold my used liners (as they are attached) and when I bought my new liners they didn't come with the new liners so I had to buy them as separate parts.
