The RR Journals: New products I recommend
Some new products: some are new, some are new to me. They have been analyzed by someone known to me to have the highest credentials and integrity.
The fuel additive not only cleans, but provides additional energy per combustion cycle, which should provide better fuel economy and power.
The oil fortifier can extend mineral oil drains and provides high levels of cleanliness and reduced wear capability.
I am using both in my cars. Previous recommendations on fuel additives stand for those who prefer "name" brands.

I have asked them if their MTL-P is compatible with the CF synchros on the 2004+ S2000's but have no heard yet, so caveat emptor. But their formulations are all top quality GIV/GV, the QC high, and the credentials of the staff solid.

Do you recommend the 75w85 or 75w90? I autox my car 10+ times a year, is a daily driver, and it sees high temperatures (90-100+) through the summer... I'm using GM Syncromesh FM right now and its starting to get notchy after around 7-8k miles. Are you planning on switching from GMSFM to this fluid?

I do not believe the tranny fluid is 75w85 or 75w90. Are you referring to your differential?
The fluid that goes in your tranny and the fluid that goes into your diff are two very different things. Diff fluid is far too thick for the tranny.

Hmm he mentioned MTL-P which is a 75w85 manual transmission fluid on that site... that's the only reason I ask. I'm currently using LE607 in the diff and GMSFM in the tranny.

actually the tranny fluid most likely is something similar to at 75w85...which corresponds to a 10w30 which is approved in the tranny as a stop gap fuild if needed

Actually, that's incorrect. Redline MT-90 is a 75w-90 fluid, with a GL-4 rating. Redline 75w-90 Diff Fluid is a GL-5 rated fluid that is used in the rear diff but can be used in transmissions on other cars (for example my Miata can use a GL-4 OR GL-5 in the transmission so on that car, rear diff and tranny = same fluid). Same viscosity rating, different additive package, so 75w-90 is not too thick for the tranny
