RPM go up slower then before????
I have 35000 miles on my car. IM using mobil1 0w40 right now. Is it the engine oil problem or somthing else?
IS that oil too thick for my car? (slower)

I have ingen intake, comptech header, costom straight pipe, HKS exhaust, denso spark plugs, and have used mobil1 0w40 for about 10000 miles. Right now I have 35000 miles on my car. SO, is it the oil problem or something else

Did you first notice this right after changing to a 0W40? Are your plugs torqued down properly and have the correct gap? They have been known to back out if your are still using the original 13#s. All plugs have a revised torque of 18#s now. No need to tell you what a bad gap can do.

Stock plugs should be about 0.040. The Densos should be set to this too. I'm not sure I understand why you're using 0W40 in California. Go back to 10W30 and go with a full synthetic if you can afford it.
