Your post cat sensor is there to monitor the cat. Nothing else.

A problem with any sensor would set a check engine light.

Your problem is common. It happens because of a dirty idle control motor, or a clogged MAP sensor.

Look up "S2000 IAC cleaning" or "S2000 MAP whack" on google.

i thought you might read my youtube video description lol
i have already cleaned it those components twice and map whack ( my map is really tight without ziptie but i ziptied it anyway)
Here is rhe thing,
if i add more gas After the rpm drop at steady throttle then it doesnt drop and stays on w/e the rpm is and i hear engine palusing but the rpm doesnt go up and down.
it does the same thing, if i let it the gas go and start over again.

can anyone provide spec of volt n ohm for iac?
i wonder if it is my tps gone wrong,

i have done vacuum test, reads 23 steadily.
map sensor reads 8-9hg at idle. its all on the data

maybe i should disassemble the iac motor n chck if it rusted or not.
i also have catch can on my ap1 so im sure theres no carb buildup in iac and last time i cleaned was on April.

yesterday , i took off the screws n clean the rotary and it is not even sticky. but the problem is still there.
so it has nothing to do with iac.

ill update the title to "Resolved" soon cuz im using my phone now.

Before u do this make sure there is no vac leak nor iac problem and tb is not clogged so fix it and clean them.
BEST TO USE LIVE DATA that shows "VOLTAGE" or use DVOM
make sure tps is 4.5v or 90% at WOT
if your WOT and volt or % is out of range then you need to adjust the tps first.
how i tested:
(i pressed throttle up to 7.1%( i forgot the volt) and held for few sec.(rpm at 1500) so ecu can learn where the idle should be then it drops to normal idle rpm but theres a catch, timing adv will be at 0 degree.
then i pressed the gas pedal more then rpm doesnt drop.)

in order to fix the problem you just need to adjust the stop screw.
if your at WOT and tps shows 4.5v then you r good, if not adjust tps to 4.5v at WOT. now when its at CT and shows below 0.29v or 5.9% then that means you need to adjust the stop screw.
use 7mm wrench to loosen the nut and slowly adjust the thread.

it is best to relearn the ecu( follow the procedure) so it wont hesitate.
or you can just simply start up it up let it idle til fan is on to off
and shut it off and have a beer then start it up again, drive off to safeway and buy a pack of beer.

( i know honda says not to temper with screw but do you want to spend money on new tb?)

my idle is steady no more dip in any condition. no rpm drop, pulls strong.
