Iono about N/A but my friend rebuilds turbos and he's noticed a correllation with RP and bad turbos. A lot of the turbos that he has rebuilt that have baked oil inside, very crusty and poor condition, have used RP. I would stick with Mobil 1.

Royal Purple here. I noticed a difference in my engine once I changed my oil. The engine did feel much smoother and I took it to the track, Little Talledega in Alabama, and the engine pulled strong and it stayed smooth throughout the track day. I am pretty impressed with this oil, Royal Purple.

Well your engine probably felt smoother because you had older oil in it before which needed to be changed out. I've been using mobil 1 ever since I owned the car and have been using RP on my last two oil changes. I do not feel anything different. If anything, i just wasted an extra buck per quart. I'll probably be switching back to mobil 1 just because I dont see the point in spending the extra money for something that even my butt dyno cant feel.
Not entirely true there. I needed an oil change but since I've had the car and I got it new, I've changed the oil every 2000 miles. So the change in the engine I could actually feel. I used Mobil 1 in the C5 Corvette I used to own which was required from beginning. I guess going from regular oil to synthetic; you can feel the difference in your engine. I'm not going to change the oil as frequent now. RP cost. I went to the RP website and read about the product. In my car, and I do track the car, I like what Royal Purple is doing and what I'm feeling from the engines response.
