Rough running on cold start

Rough running on cold start
I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction for a problem I have with my 2003 s2000. When I do a cold start, (it has been sitting overnight) It will catch just fine, then will take a dive like it's going to die. 90% of the time it recovers and then is fine until I do another cold start the next day. Any pointers would be appreciated. The car has about 36,000 miles. thanks for looking. Tom
