Two spark plug antifoulers. One is screwed into the test pipe bung, the other has the smaller hole in it drilled out larger, it is screwed into the first one, and the O2 screwed into that. Will get rid of that CEL. Pulls it just far enough out of the stream to fool the ECU into thinking the cat is there and working.

What is the performance advantage in an S2000 bypass the cat?

Thanks!

I still get the cel for cat but i got the spark plug antifoulers and intend but havent had time to put them on yet. Advantage is with the exhaust being less restrictive giving you a little more power.

Curious where you can run the car with a CEL. Profile shows CA. Canada or California?

Unless you can tune the car the only thing you get with a cat-delete is stink. Any "extra" power needs instruments to measure.

Canada, its still illegal to remove, but we dont get emission testing so we dont really get in trouble for it.

Back to the idle issue, i noticed that im missing most of the secondary air injection system. Any chance that might be messing up my idle ?

I know that it will throw a cel since i have seen it come and go once in a while. I will look into getting the delete kit since to my understanding it onoy serves for the cat that i am missing.
