Electrics is not my strong point, but logic tells me it has to be a break in the electrical system somewhere that powers the car. Something is being overlooked. It may be a situation where you actually have to take it in to a good mechanic that can troubleshoot the electrical system and deduce where the issue is. If you have a good fully charged Batt, and a good working alternator that is hooked up correctly with all the connectors, then I would think it’s a fuse. Typically you don’t burn up wires if your fuses are the proper rating and working as they should.

When you put the new Honda Batt in, did you get any power/response from this briefly or any amount of time? No signs of any power at all? If not, have you replaced your Batt cables? Make sure black is connected to ground and red is connected to alternator, right?

Alternator was tested and checked out. Battery is brand new and from Honda, I've also hooked up my brand new jumper box to be sure. Car did not react any differently to the new battery. Alternator was removed, tested, and re-installed (I've done it a dozen times, no issues). Battery cables are oem and not replaced. I swapped out the battery fuse only. The ignition fuse looks to be ok, I would replace it but my local store didn't have the correct size. I think that's my next step before I light it on fire.

You just need to put a volt meter on it and find where voltage stops. If even the dash lights don't come on, it must be pretty early in the chain. An electrical schematic will be helpful for this.

You should be able to turn on your parking lights/headlights without the key. When you flip the switch do these lights turn on? If not, I would assume that something is wrong with the battery connection.
