Just went ahead and took the alternator back out and had it tested at my local Autozone and it checked out Aok, so I reinstalled and hooked everything up. I also unplugged the AEM EMS and plugged in the stock ecu to see if turning the key on would actually light up the dash but got nothing. Checked the grounds by eye as well and all look good and are clean. One behind the head is tight, two connecting to the oil pan are good and connected well to the body. I’m stumped

Looking at the Electrical Troubleshooting Manual for my '04, if either "fuse #41"(a 100a fuse in the main under-hood fuse/relay box), or "fuse #33 (a 70a fuse in the auxiliary under-hood box) are blown, it would cause those symptoms. I can't see any other way, short of a broken or disconnected wire.

There is also supposed to be a fusible link in the battery's hot wire but I'm not sure where it is physically located. If it exists it will be wrapped in tape inside the plastic shield and will be between the battery terminal and the main under-hood fuse panel. Had one of those blow on a 2000 F-150 once because a freakin' tail light wire grounded out going over a rail track! (And that one was not shown on the schematics!)

OK, followed out the wiring and a failed ELD unit could also block power. That is in the main under-hood panel.

My guess is your coolant leak caused a short/problem in the electrical system, then finally blew a main fuse. You have some main fuses under the hood, and you should also check the small ones inside the cab. As long as your coolant issue is fixed and your alternator and batt checks out fine, then replacing the fuse should solve the problem, assuming that’s what happened.

The battery is stone dead as well, would a dead battery cause the car to do this and not even be able to jump?

Battery has been dead, I let it sit all winter. I just picked up a replacement today from Honda and istalled it. Car is still having the issue. Old battery had a complete dead cell if that can contribute to the issue. I replaced the battery fuse and it's still having the same issue. I haven't replaced the ignition 40a fuse yet since no where near me has the correct one. Which fuses under the dash need to be checked?

Just check all of them to be sure. So both the 40 and 100 amp fuses were blown?

No, the fuses look good, I replaced the 100a battery fuse with no luck but I got the wrong size 40a ignition main fuse. The fuse that's in there looks fine, I havent had much time to play around with it or time to go get another fuse. But idk I'm so stumped
