rotors

before you follow through, i'd suggest getting a hold of sherwin at brakezone (s2ki: docofmind). if price isn't a big consideration, he has some sweet big brake kits. if it is, he still has some sweet gear that might be exactly what you're looking for. the price is good and the quality is top notch.
i'm sure ebay has some great stuff on there from time to time; however, other times you really get short changed on quality, and you don't want to figure that out at 80 mph when your brakes fail.
talk to sherwin. he's the man.

Unless you know who manufactured the rotors, you could end up with crap. Companies like Stoptech & Powerslot make quality pieces that you can trust your life to. Others, well, it's your life but I hope I'm not driving anywhere near you when cheesy rotors fail.
Have a look here for a variety of quality brake rotors for the S2000: http://gofastlab.com/s2ki/customer/home.php?cat=16
