hi
the hole in cylinder, scratches inside the body, first spark NGK R electrode was totally destroyed...
nobody don`t know, why this happened...
talking abt injectors or fuel...however fuel was 98 octane and one of the best in the city
looking for a new engine !

what is the problem you hade ?
Spoke today with my mechanic, who have seened this:
3 possible reasons:
- Fuel (lower octane then 98, but rest 3 cylinders is OK)
- Injector (not gived correct quantity of fuel at his time)
- ECU....
don`t know...very strange....dealer contacting with Honda factory, asking for possible reason to investigate who is responsible for this damage: me or factory...

Get response from Honda UK, this is Factory problem on engines of 2000 year !
Something was wrong with "channels" for preventing engine over heating !?
They sad that in 2001 was a big event while changed more than 1000 engines worldwide...
This is the official reason from Honda, anyway engine will be substitute with new one...
