Default Rods ?? please help

Hello

Please kindly help: engine is F20C with 43 000 mileage. Oil is OK..

Most probably I break today the first rod @ 8000 rpm.
Engine was warm and oil is ok, but after good start sprint get very strange sound from engine....
Not opened yet...

If it`s rods: is it possible to repair them or not ?
Any recommendations ?

If a rod breaks inside bits generally find their way out side and diagnosis doesn't require strip down. More likely piston slap or bearing knock, but you aren't actually giving much info.

Does it run? If so, does it clunk?

I expect you will have to pull it down, but I suspect the problem is not a cracked rod but the above or similar.

Sorry for such short question & lack of info...

Yes, engine is possible to run, but it crunk all the time.
I switched first cylinder off and sound is ges down, probably I broke rod in first cylinder....

If i press gas, then sound goes louder...clink, clink, clink - like this.

Very strange...only 26000 miles...

If you broke a rod at 8000rpm you'd know, trust me.

If you take the plug lead off and the noise dies down, its not a rod.

Dude, you didn't break a conrod. Like everyone else has pointed out, the broken rod at 8k rpms tends to find its way outside the motor.

How do you switch OFF a cylinder? Sounds more like a blown crank bearing.

Switched cylinder? I take plug wire off..

Today will already know, what is happened.
My dealer take oil pan off - nothing, take the engine header off - as well nothing...

Today they will take out pistons, will check engine body as well...

may be any scratches inside?
