Default Rodent Damage

This weekend I was cleaning out some rodent infestation from my 2005 S2000 (it was either that or do my taxes - I chose the rat poop) and the damage was fortunately minimal - I grew a new appreciation of the tight spaces rats can squeeze leaves into and the number of drain holes Honda put in the engine compartment for irrigation. The one wire that has obvious damage is the blue wire coming from the driver's side relay near the clutch master cylinder/reservoir. It is blue and goes through a rubber "stirrup" per the below. I'm being lazy here (and I'm not great with electric schematics) - but can anyone identify what this is? My plan is to splice/solder in a replacement, but before I go taking things apart I'd like to know what system is being affected and any precautions I should take. Thanks in advance.

Default Correction

Correction - typo in the above - it's a 2004 not a 2005, in case there is a material difference. -- CRD
