Rod Knock? TCT? Valves? What's noise? (Video)
My S developed this noise a couple of days ago. In person in almost sounds like rod knock, but I can't be sure. A friend of mine suggested it's TCT noise, and yet another suggested it's needing a valve adjustment. I'm already going to do my TCT tomorrow morning, but if this is something serious, I'd rather take it in and have it fixed professionally. The noise is constant, it doesn't seem to get any louder, but the rate increases with engine speed. It's recently been in for an oil change, and the mechanic did not mention any abnormalities. Any ideas? Here's the video. Thanks in advance for any help.

Oil level is good, and yes it started up fine after the change. The oil is Castrol Syntec 5W30. Perhaps I'm being paranoid due to it being my first S, and having to re-familiarize myself with Conventional engines as I came from owning RX-7s my entire life.

When was the last valve adjustment performed (miles)
Do you own an S2000 Shop Manual

Does not disappear when depressing the clutch. 97k on the car, no shop manual, and I was told that the last valve adjustment was around 90 days before I purchased the vehicle, so around 96,500 but, I'll assume it wasn't done since I really have no way of knowing.
